The aim of ASR Inclusion Officer course is to provide ASRs operators with the opportunity to enhance their professional competences, in relation to the essential requirements of reception centers across Europe.

This will enable them to improve their performance in working with ASRs through better identification of processes and procedures needed.

The course is composed of the following 3 units: 

  • Unit 1 : Introduction to Reception Centers processes and procedures
  • Unit 2 : Methods and tools for acquiring Social and Inclusion soft skills
  • Unit 3 : Methods and tools for improving technical and analytical competences

The units can be achieved and assessed individually based on the Learner’s interest.


The ASR Inclusion Professional course aims at providing ASRs operators with specialized knowledge, skills and competences required to work with ASRs.

This will enable them to effectively implement processes and procedures needed in the hosting centers across Europe and to collaboratively work with their colleagues.

The main purpose of ASR Inclusion Professional course is to offer the opportunity to ASRs operators to acquire advanced professional competences in relation to the essential requirements of reception centers across Europe.

This will enable them to strenghten their performance in managing and supervising the work within reception centers hosting ASRs and, at the same time, to take responsibility and iniziative to cope with unpredictable changes so as to ensure the effective mastery of processes and procedures needed in the hosting centers.
