The aim of ASR Inclusion Officer course is to provide ASRs operators with the opportunity to enhance their professional competences, in relation to the essential requirements of reception centers across Europe.
This will enable them to improve their performance in working with ASRs through better identification of processes and procedures needed.
The course is composed of the following 3 units:
- Unit 1 : Introduction to Reception Centers processes and procedures
- Unit 2 : Methods and tools for acquiring Social and Inclusion soft skills
- Unit 3 : Methods and tools for improving technical and analytical competences

This will enable them to strenghten their performance in managing and supervising the work within reception centers hosting ASRs and, at the same time, to take responsibility and iniziative to cope with unpredictable changes so as to ensure the effective mastery of processes and procedures needed in the hosting centers.
